Personal profile
After growing up on a small part time farm in Varpelev south of Copenhagen, I attended 9th grade at the boarding school NFU on Fyn in the middle of Denmark, followed by 10th grade as a Rotary Exchange Student in Illinois USA, continued to high school in Køge and then 7 months of backpacking around the world.
I have lived in our capital Copenhagen since then, where I finished my Master of Social Science in Sociology accompanied by courses in finance and organisation. Today I live Hellerup north of Copenhagen with my wife Marie-Louise.
Spare time is spent with family, friends and new acquaintances, playing soccer, experience new cuisines preferable with a glass of red wine, diving-, skiing- or other nature experiences or a cosy evening playing at home eg. cards or other games. As a break I’ll go for a run or I’ll take a ride on my Triumph Speedmaster motorcycle.
I have two brothers and a sister.

I have specialized in assisting companies to become more customer orientated and to provide ‘Return on Behavior’.
I have worked in this area for the last 9 years, but in four different companies, and from different angles.
By using customer surveys as a magnifying glass on the experienced behavior of a company it becomes possible to adjust a company’s processes, communication, strategies etc. to the benefit of the company, the employees, the customers and the company owners.
Some of my professional vocabulary is; Voice of the customer, Customer touch points, Training and education, Change Management, Software as a Services, Satisfaction as a Service, Management Consulting, Service Quality Management and Customer Experience Management.
Today I’m head of the analytical department in TeleFaction, an IT and Consultancy Company that offers both the technical solutions as well as consultancy input to create ‘Return on Behavior’. Before this I was head of Customer & Market Research in the Group Business Development department, Danske Bank, and prior to that I was head of Service Quality Management in the Danish insurance company Topdanmark.
